Why we stay small

Big agencies sell you a partner in the pitch meeting and hand you a rotating cast of juniors after the contract is signed. We've watched that movie from the inside, and we built KodeSquadra to be the opposite: the people you meet on the first call are the people who design, write, and ship your code.

Staying small keeps us honest. We can't hide behind account managers or process theater. Every project has a name attached to it — ours — and every product we ship is something we're willing to point at in public. Four of them are linked in our footer right now.

Building since 2019

We've been shipping client software since 2019, across health tech, wellbeing, e-learning, education, and a long tail of business tools that run quietly behind the scenes.
