SHA Career Hub

Website, admin panel, chatbot and blog, rebuilt in a week

An IT training institute in Kolkata and Pune that turns non-IT graduates into cloud and database professionals. They came to us by referral with an ageing WordPress site. We reviewed it, analysed their competitors, wrote an action plan, and rebuilt the site: courses with batch dates and seats, alumni stories with real Google reviews, lead capture with spam protection, a blog with structured data, a booking page, and “Asha”, a chatbot that answers from the institute's own knowledge base and switches to an AI model by configuration.

The owner edits everything from an admin panel. Server-rendered pages, technical SEO, and a written plan of what to do next.

The parent company's site, rebuilt alongside

SHA Career Hub's parent company provides remote Oracle database administration, IT staffing and analytics. Its old site had been hacked. We rebuilt it in the same week on the same foundation as the institute's site, with its own design, admin panel and lead forms, and a written action plan for the owner. Two sites, one codebase, one conversation.

NeuroFlow™ is a personal development method grounded in neuroscience and psychology, created by neuroscientist and psychologist Dr. Swvati Nambiar. We built its digital home: a self-assessment with personalised plans and workbooks, masterclasses, self-paced courses, a facilitator certification track for coaches and therapists, and a forty-post blog — the full journey from first visit to certified practitioner on one platform.
