Website review & redesign

Your website should be bringing you enquiries. Let's find out why it isn't.

A written review of your current site, a look at what your competitors are doing better, and a plan of what to change — delivered in five working days for a fixed ₹10,000 + GST. The plan includes a fixed-price quote to rebuild the site, if the plan says you should.

Step 1

The review

Done by the engineer who would build the new site, not by a tool. You get the plan whether or not you go ahead, and sometimes the plan says the website is not the problem.

₹10,000 + GST · five working days

What you get

  • A written review of your current site: speed, mobile, search visibility, clarity, and every place a visitor gives up
  • A competitor analysis: what three to five competitors' sites do better than yours, and what they do worse
  • An action plan in plain words: what to change, in what order, and what is not the website's fault
  • A fixed-price quote for the rebuild, valid for 30 days
  • The plan is yours to keep, and to take elsewhere if you prefer

Who it is for

  • Businesses whose website exists but brings in nothing, or brings in the wrong enquiries
  • Owners who paid for a site years ago and are not sure what they got
  • Companies about to spend on ads or SEO and want to know whether the site can carry it
  • Anyone who has been quoted a rebuild and wants an independent opinion first

Not for you if you want a five-page brochure site by Friday for ₹15,000. There are good people for that, and we will say so on the call.

How it works

From first call to a working site

  1. A free 20-minute call

You tell us what the site is supposed to do and what it does instead. We tell you honestly whether the review is worth your money, and give you the ballpark for a rebuild so there are no surprises later.

  2. The review

₹10,000 + GST. Five working days later you have the written review, the competitor analysis, the action plan, and a fixed-price quote for the rebuild.

  3. The rebuild

Fixed price from the plan. Half to start, half at go-live. About two weeks from an approved plan for a typical site, longer if there is a lot of content or integration work.

  4. After launch

You take the keys: admin panel, hosting and domain in your name. Stay with us on a monthly care plan if you want, or not. There is no lock-in either way.

Step 2

The rebuild

Every site we build is designed to do six things. None of them is a promise about your sales; all of them are things a website can actually control.

Fast

Server-rendered pages that load in well under a second on a phone on a weak connection, because that is where your visitors are.

Findable

Technical SEO done properly: page titles, structured data, sitemap, clean URLs, and pages search engines can read without guessing.

Clear

A structure that says what you do, who it is for, and why you, in the first screen. We restructure your content; you supply the facts.

Easy to contact

Phone, WhatsApp, email and enquiry forms where a visitor expects them, going to the right person, with every enquiry logged in your admin panel.

Yours

An admin panel to change your own content, hosting and domain in your name, and code you own. Leave whenever you like and take everything.

Measured

Analytics with proper consent handling, so you can see what visitors do and where they leave, without a cookie banner that annoys them.

Priced separately, when the plan calls for them

  • Chatbot that answers from your own knowledge base
  • Blog with structured data
  • A second site or a second language
  • Content writing
  • Booking or payment integration
  • Monthly care plan after launch

The same process, run for real

This is the process we ran in 2026 for an IT training institute and its parent company, who came to us by referral: a review of their existing sites, a competitor analysis, an action plan, and two rebuilt sites with admin panels, lead capture, a blog and a knowledge-base chatbot, delivered in a week. More of our work, including the platforms we have engineered for over a decade, is on the capabilities page.

FAQ

Honest answers

Will the new site bring more business?

We cannot promise that, and nobody honest can. What we can promise is a site that is fast, that search engines can read, that says clearly what you offer and who it is for, and that makes it easy to contact you. We also promise a plan that tells you what else needs to change, which is often not the website at all.

Why pay for a review when agencies offer free audits?

A free audit is an automated report whose job is to sell you a rebuild. Ours is written by the engineer who would build the new site, it compares you with your actual competitors, and it will tell you not to rebuild if that is the honest answer. That is worth paying for precisely because it is not free.

What does the rebuild cost?

A fixed price, written into your plan, valid for 30 days. It depends on how many pages you need, what has to integrate with what, and how much content exists already. We give you the ballpark on the free call before you spend anything, so the quote is never a surprise.

How long does it take?

The review takes five working days from the day you confirm. A typical rebuild takes about two weeks from an approved plan. Sites with a lot of content, several languages, or integrations take longer, and the plan says how long.

Can we keep our domain, content and hosting?

Your domain stays yours; we never ask for it. Your content is migrated and restructured. Hosting is set up in your name, on your accounts, so you are never dependent on us to keep the site online.

Our current site is on WordPress. Does that matter?

Not for the review; we review any site. For the rebuild we use our own stack: server-rendered pages with an admin panel for your content, which is faster and needs no plugin updates. If WordPress is genuinely the right choice for you, the plan will say so.

Who owns the site afterwards?

You do, completely: the code, the content, the design, and the accounts it runs on. If you leave, you take everything with you.
