One senior team covering strategy, design, engineering, and operations. One transparent rate: $275/hour.

SaaS & product development

You bring the idea and the domain knowledge; we bring everything else. We take products from a one-page brief to paying users: market-fit discovery, technical architecture, design, development, launch, and the unglamorous work of keeping it running. UnifiedSelf — a full practice-management platform with scheduling, billing, and a patient portal — is a product of exactly this process.

  • Discovery & scoping
  • MVP builds
  • Subscription billing
  • Multi-tenant SaaS

FAQ

Common questions

How much will my project cost?

It depends on scope, and we'll tell you honestly before you commit. After a short discovery conversation we produce a written estimate with an hour range at $275/hour. Small websites take far fewer hours than full SaaS products, and we'll suggest the smallest version of your idea worth building first.

Do you work with clients outside your time zone?

Yes. Our clients span multiple countries and time zones. We communicate asynchronously by default — clear written updates you can read on your schedule — and arrange calls at times that work for you.

Who owns the code when the project ends?

You do — completely. Code lives in repositories you own, infrastructure runs on accounts in your name, and all intellectual property transfers to you. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.

Can you take over an existing project?

Usually, yes. We start with a paid code review so we understand what we're inheriting, give you an honest written assessment of its condition, and then agree a plan — whether that's rescuing, improving, or rebuilding.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes, and we recommend it. Most of our products stay under our care after launch: monitoring, maintenance, security updates, and continuous improvement, billed at the same $275/hour rate with no minimum retainer.
